We are currently recruiting a Financial Markets Analyst Intern to join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reconciliation of financial market instruments within a leading international organization.

Location Maia
Work Model Hybrid (2x at the office, 3x working from home)
Schedule Monday to Friday, from 8h to 17h (Fridays until 16h)
Contract IEFP Professional Internship (level 6 - Bachelor's Degree)

Your Role
As part of the Financial Markets Instruments Accounting team, you will support the reconciliation and validation of financial instruments between business systems and accounting records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Reconciling financial instruments between business platforms (subledger) and accounting systems (SAP);
- Supporting the control and validation of financial market operations;
- Performing reconciliation activities related to bonds, loans, derivatives and securitizations;
- Analysing and investigating discrepancies between systems.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Accounting;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Interest in financial markets and financial instruments;
- English level B2 or above;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data.
